How is it shared?

We will not share your Sensitive Personal Information unless you have requested a Financial Product or Service and (a) the sharing is necessary for a third party to provide the requested Financial Product or Service, (b) we have your express, informed consent for the sharing, and (c) we have conducted certain required screening of the recipients of your Sensitive Personal Information. What rights do you have over your data?

You cannot limit all sharing at the time you submit a loan request because to connect you with a lender we need to share your information with our network of lenders and other networks of lenders so the lenders in these networks can choose whether to offer you a loan or market their loans to you. However, you can contact us at any time after you submit your loan request to limit all sharing.

Cookies

A cookie is a file which contains data that is stored on a visitor’s hard drive. This data includes information about the visitor. A visitor has the option to reject a cookie and they still will be able to access our Website, however, the user may not have access to certain sections of our Website if cookies are disabled. The purpose of using cookies is to allow us to track the intent of our visitors and enhance visitor experience while using our Website. Minors

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.

The verifiable consumer request must: (a) Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative and (b) Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
